Wow, this one took me forever.

The premise is that the woman is the border guardian between the lines of fantasy and reality.
Hence why there's stars coming out of a doorway.
It also kinda looks like you might've pissed her off.
I wanted to keep her in color while the background was black and white,
but it also works for me that part of her is color part of her is black and white,
helps to do that fantasy/reality dreamlike symbolic-ness again.

The original image is HUGE, this is shrunk to about 50% and it's still really big.

I don't really feel like saying what all I did to it this time...If it's not obvious, then you're blind.
